The Power of Music
Music is a universal language that connects people emotionally and socially. Thomas Muchimba Buttenschøn has used his voice, his platform, and his journey to break the stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS. The Muchimba Music Foundation harnesses the power of music to enlighten, empower, and unify communities in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
Our Impact
- 2015 & 2016 Test-for-Ticket Concerts:
- 10,802 people tested
- 1,000+ connected to treatment
- Goal: Expand free testing concerts across all 10 Zambian provinces.
- Future: Extend HIV/AIDS awareness concerts into Sub-Saharan Africa.
